Terms and Conditions for the Ting Tang Tea Newsletter Competition

1. Competition Period:

• The competition runs from 22 November 2024 to 06 December 2024.

2. Eligibility:

• This competition is open to all residents of South Africa aged 18 years or older.
• Employees of Ting Tang Tea, their immediate family members, and any associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter:

• Sign up for the Ting Tang Tea newsletter during the competition period at www.tingtangtea.co.za.
• Each sign-up equals one entry.

4. Prize Details:

• One winner will receive a cash prize of R2,000.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other product or service.

5. Winner Selection:

• The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries by 13 December 2024.
• The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during sign-up.

6. Claiming the Prize:

• The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted. If no response is received, a new winner will be selected.
• The prize will be transferred to the winner’s provided South African bank account within 14 days of confirmation.

7. Data Protection:

• By entering, participants agree to receive newsletters and promotional material from Ting Tang Tea.
• Participants' information will be handled in compliance with data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties.

8. General:

• Ting Tang Tea reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
