Ting Tang Tea is an all-natural selection of herbs and spices specifically curated to detoxify and cleanse the body. Our tea will leave you feeling refreshed and energized.
How Does Ting Tang Tea Work?
Ting Tang Tea is a 14 day detox program. One cup of tea should be consumed in the morning with food, and a second cup should be consumed in the evening. As the tea contains caffeine, it is recommended that the evening tea be consumed at least 4 hours before bedtime.

Once you have completed your 14-day detox, Ting Tang Tea tea can still be consumed to maintain your healthy lifestyle. Drink a cup of tea whenever you are feeling bloated, sluggish or feel like you need a little bit of a health boost.

How do I get the most out of my Ting Tang Tea Detox?
It is important to not skip any servings of the tea as this will prolong the results of the detox. Make sure to eat a healthy, balanced diet and exercise at least 2-3 times a week to reap the full benefits and achieve the best results. Get at least 8 hours of sleep and drink plenty of water. Although results may be seen without changing your eating and exercising habits, we strongly encourage you to work towards a healthy lifestyle for long-lasting results.
When will I start seeing results?
The results differ from person-to-person and diet and activity level will inevitably have an impact on this. Results can be felt from as soon as the first day and can usually be seen between the 5th and 10th day.
What should I eat during my Ting Tang Tea detox?
It is important to eat healthy but sustainably. If you find yourself craving a little junk food, don't deprive yourself of it. But remember, everything in moderation! Limit yourself to one serving and drink a glass of water afterwards so that you feel satisfied.

Side effects should NOT include diarrhea, headaches, vomiting, dizziness or severe cramping - if any of these occur, please consult your doctor.

Will Ting Tang Tea affect my contraceptive (birth control) pill?
The detox should not reduce the effectiveness of birth control but due to the laxative effect of our tea, there is a slight chance it could be affected. We suggest speaking to your doctor about this before consuming our tea.
